Since everybody is doing it: Did the LHC (Large Hadron Collider) destroy us?
Apparently not....yet.
So what is this massive black hole making, earth destroying machine? Well, basically it's a giant tube which two protons are hurdled towards each other at very high speeds. Like near speed of light fast. Scientists are hoping that it'll reveal what happened at the Big Bang. I'm just hoping it'll swallow half or all of France.
Also it costs about 6 billion US dollars and it's huge!

It can't destroy us. The Black Hole it might create wouldn't have enough energy to sustain itself long enough to even be noticed.
I know that. It's called satire, duh. lol
I know, you just present it in a Jonathan Swift-esque way.
Also they haven't fired it at full power yet. The other day was just a low powered test.
